I am with you on the egg yolks and butter, and that everything free coffee whitener/creamer. I have my eggs on buttered toast every day, and may even use avocado sometimes. There are two types of cholesterol… good and bad … and eggs and avocado have the good one. The body needs that apparently. And everything tastes better with butter. Margarine was originally invented to fatten up turkeys … enough said, and only one chemical away from plastic or some shit.
Every few years the medical experts change their advice, so within moderation, keep eating what you love. Sugar free drinks like diet Coke and Pepsi Max is no better than the ones full of sugar because they contain aspartame and it is even worse for you than sugar. Oh I am on a rant, sorry.
Anyway, I wish people would stop complaining about all the minor unimportant shit like highlighting and tagging, and just enjoy life more.
