Thank you to @Pamela Oglesby for tagging me and other members of the Hub Publication in this challenge. It is quite a simple challenge but makes us think a bit about the things we like most and gives readers a little extra insight into what we are about.

1. Favorite drink?

(I am not counting coffee here as it is another question)

Grapefruit juice. It is good for controlling the weight and I love the taste.

Mineral water with a dash of fruit juice.

Ice cold beer on a very hot day when I have been working outside.

2. Favorite color?

I have a few, or it seems to change. Black always looks impressive or dressy. I like moss green, dark blue, burgundy, orange. Most Autumn colors actually.

3. If you won the lottery, what are the top 3 things you would do first?

Pay off mortgage

Buy another house or renovate this one. Probably the latter, as we are comfortable here. If it was a big enough win — buy a house for each of my kids.

4. Favorite cuisine?

I love a good rib or eye fillet steak, cooked medium with a pepper or mushroom sauce. A nice home-cooked…
