1000 Fans in 30 Days
More Milestones Welcome
For many well-established Medium writers this may be a very small accomplishment, but for me it is a major milestone in my journey.
I wrote my first article on Medium in April 2019, but only published eight articles between then and June 2022. From that point, thanks to the encouragement from some friends and fellow writers from another site, I decided to invest more time and effort here at Medium.
This will be my 99th published article (I should have published one more first and made this the 100th.) Anyway, being on the verge of 100 articles and passing 1000 fans in the same month is pretty cool. This is especially satisfying as at least 75% of what I write is poetry, and traditionally that only appeals to a very specific and small audience.

So, what is my next goal? Well, at this moment of writing I have 4604 views and 3343 reads in 30 days. So, the next step is 5000 views and 4000 reads in a month. I believe in setting realistic goals and I don’t think that is unachievable. I hope this inspires anyone…
