A thought provoking poem, describing well the plight of a poet writing on Medium. I seem to be the odd one out though. My drafts folder never has more than one item in it. I always like to finish and publish each piece before starting another.

Even then it is only in drafts because I still need to add pictures or find some additional quotes. If I sit down to write a poem or article I will usually finish it in one sitting (like a meal.) I will often have an idea and then turn it around in my head for a day or two before even putting pen to paper or finger to keyboard, but once I do it just flows until complete.
