A wonderful article and poem, Emma Rose. The two best things about Medium are the community, and no ads. Another site I used to write at introduced so many ads that it wrecked the reading experience. Our articles, stories and poems there are now like reading a list of ads with some text sprinkled between. I agree with you in regard to climate change as well.
