Why is the World So Serious?
My friend has been writing a series of satires using people’s suggested “absurd” titles as inspiration. He states he has written 30 satires in one week. Well, in fact, yesterday he wrote 14 such stories … I kid you not, 14 in just one day. You can argue quality over quantity all you like, but there is a very grey area here … how do you define quality?
If a piece of writing makes me smile, and downright belly laugh, brightening my otherwise dull or depressing day … well to me, that is quality. If someone can write fourteen such pieces in one day, well that is a bonus.
