Random word drabble 106 and 107: “glass” and “against”
Alastair McNeal was a passenger on a Qantas airbus travelling across country to attend a business expo. He was to introduce a new groundbreaking product recently developed by his company.
Halfway through the four-hour flight, Alastair dozed off. A slight sting in his shoulder woke him momentarily, but before he could protest, or investigate the cause, his body slumped, and he fell into a sleep he would never wake from. His head rested against the glass of the window.
As all the other passengers disembarked, a steward tried unsuccessfully to wake Mr. McNeal.
The killer disappeared among the crowd.

What is a Drabble?
Most flash fiction is identified as stories under 1000 words. Many short-form publications require you to stay under 150 words. A drabble is a short fiction story of exactly 100 words.
I find drabbles to be an excellent exercise in keeping your writing tight because it forces you to discard any unnecessary words.
