Ahlam, thank you so much for such a lovely comment. I agree with your observation that the Flower Girl is an inspiring character, not dwelling on the loss of her loved one, but keeping him alive with her roses.
I appreciate what you say about the drawing as well. A couple of others had commented about her face and the look in her eyes also … as the artist I hadn’t really been aware of that.
