Alan, these incidents were both close calls and could have ended up much more serious. Though they are mistakes that anyone could make, so we can never be too careful. I remember the wife of one of my colleagues in the rural fire brigade, falling in the shower and hotting her head. Unfortunately she passed away because of it.
