Better Late Than Never

I was actually tagged in this challenge over six months ago by Pamela Oglesby but (although I was a member) I wasn’t writing regularly on Medium at that time. So, anyway I finally got around to responding to it. We do things slowly here in Australia, at our own pace.

Hopefully this will give readers a little more insight into what makes me … well, me.

Australia is my island home

Been here since I was born

Cats — I had six, one died. Now I have five (at last count)

Dogs — I have one miniature fox terrier

Environmental protection is in my heart

Firefighting is something I’ve done

Gravy is a must on steak — at least for me

Home is where the heart is — my favourite place

Ink in a pen — very important for a writer like myself

John — that’s my name

Kathleen — my wife’s name

Learning is something I do every day of my life

Maintaining my weight — is not easy, but doing my best

Netflix keeps me occupied if I ever get bored
