An excellent article, Nour, and one that has sparked an interesting conversation. I agree that you need to strive for a mix of credibility and likability. As you say, most have one or the other and it isn’t easy to consistently combine the both.
I rarely engage on regular social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. apart from just staying “in touch” with friends and family, it doesn’t hold any interest.

I don’t know if anyone can say they are definitively one or the other, or a mixture of both, but is up to their readers to determine.
