At first, I thought this would make more work for you, Misbah. But, allowing other trusted writers to become editors and publish their own work, as well as rejecting writing that needs too much editing, should actually help reduce that burden.

It should also allow for even more consistent quality. I am sure this will be a good idea moving forward. This is a great publication.
