Bernie, thank you for sharing this as a response to Keeley’s challenge. You did the right thing calling the police, and I hope there are no repercussions. A neighbour of mine once ran into my back yard chased by a man who proceeded to assault her. I confronted him and yelled to leave her alone and was assaulted before he ran off. He was apparently high on ice. Oh, well, he was arrested, and jailed and I now have a permanent dimple in one cheek I never had before.
