From an outsider looking in you state your case in an unbiased and reasonable manner, R C. But, yes, I think the Trump show has had its run and it is time to move on. Even ‘The Apprentice” has its final season. I have never seen America so divided and the only way for it to become great again is for people to come together.

Honestly, the present government doesn’t seem any better. What ever happened to being “elected by the people for the people.” The trouble is, that unlike here, voting isn’t compulsory. We also have two major parties, but independents and minor parties seem to wield a bit more importance here. No one here really cares who anyone else votes for. It is rarely discussed, and I don’t even know who my kids or neighbours vote for. We feel it is everyone’s private business. Our countries are very different in many ways.

Actually. Whenever there is a United States election, we over the seas, think why do they always have such a bad choice of candidates for president? Trump, Hillary, Biden … I mean to say, is that the best the parties can come up with. To me, that isn’t much to choose from. The most appealing candidates always seem to fall by the wayside. I guess they just don’t have enough dollar backing to see it through.
Thanks for writing this.
