Hi Brenda. I can understand how the frequent use of your phone can really strain your neck or give you a kink. I don’t normally use my phone enough for that to happen, but using my iPad can do it to me at times.
I think you mentioned some helpful ways of relieving the strain, but I think the best solution is to always be aware of how you are sitting and your head positioned.
