Hi Shereen, I did check out those other poems you linked to. I enjoyed both the one you wrote as an 11 year old as well as the recent one, it was interesting to compare the different mindset at both periods of time.
I was praised for a couple of poems and short stories at school too, but unfortunately didn’t pursue writing as a career. I always wanted to be an artist or cartoonist, but that never really worked out and I did other things, only to return to my love of writing about 15 years ago. I did go through and find some of my very early works and reinvent them to share online. I am not sire I still have the originals, but I will look, and if I find them I will share here as you did, with a newer work for comparison.
