I am glad you raised this issue, Michael. Sometimes, you get lucky and AI creates a great image, but other times it gives a person six fingers, three legs, or deformed eyes or mouths (especially with background figures.)
If you need text in the image, that is where it really struggles. Rarely will it get that exactly right.
