I am sorry the sale fell through. It does make you wonder.

We once had a couple who were renting one of pour properties agree to a rent/buy agreement (where a portion of the rent paid would come off the price if they bought it in two years) ' they extended for another two years, and then pulled out all together, so we had to try and find another buyer.

I hope you do sell it soon at a decent price.
