I can relate to this. I am often working on a piece only to have to interrupt it to go eat, shower, whatever. I knew idea of poetry stanza often comes to me while I am otherwise engaged, and I have to run to find my notebook and jot it down, before the memory fades into the ether. Nice job, K.B.
