I do know people who are over-talkers, but I am the opposite. People comment on how quiet I am, and only offer an opinion if it is something I am an expert in or a subject I feel strongly about. I am much more a listener, and never seek attention by speaking. I am much more comfortable doing that through my writing. Interesting article.
