I enjoyed this article, Linda. I am probably more familiar with some British condiments than American ones. I love horseradish sauce much more than the cream..it has a rougher texture due to the grated root and more flavour which I like. I'm not familiar with Colman's mustard but my favourite mustard is "Hot English" so possibly that is the same. None of the namby-pamby mild mustards for me. I also love Branston Pickle, and Piccalilli, always have a bottle of Worcestershire sauce on hand as well. I don't like Marmite though, I much prefer Vegemite.
