I have never liked Daylight Savings Time. My state of Queensland in Australia has never introduced it. The Government has run a couple of referendums about introducing it, but it has been soundly defeated each time.
The farmers argument usually wins … the cows still come to be milked etc at the same time according to the sun and moon, they don’t change their routines by the clock.
And Queenslanders already have enough hours in the day.
