I have to agree with you once more, Nour. It is better to write quality articles twice a week, rather than nonsensical fluff to just say you published something every day.
I have seen some people publish up to ten articles per day, this makes you question … did they have a pile of draft articles that they decided to publish all at once, or are they using AI to churn out a production line of work?
Apart from that, if others are like me, they don’t have time or the desire to read more than one article by any particular author per day. I enjoy the writing of a lot of people here, as well as seeing other stories that capture my attention, so I just don’t have time to read more than one article of each. That often means that if they write more than one a day most will go unread by me. Overly long articles (more than 7 minutes) will also often be avoided by me unless the writing is engaging and captures me in the first few paragraphs.
Articles that are too short on the other hand (less than a two minute read) I often find trite and I have trouble giving 50 claps for because very little effort went into writing it. I suppose I am a harsh critic. As for word count, I very rarely pay any notice to the number of words I write … i just try to write however many is required to effectively say what I need to for getting my message across.
Admittedly some people have more spare time than others, write faster, have a head full of ideas the need to write down etc. so we can’t put everyone in one box.
