I like your suggestions, Janet, especially about private notes. I kept getting emails that I had them, but couldn't work out how to view them or reply. I didn't realise you couldn't access them on the mobile app.

Also, claps really annoy me...especially the etiquette of being expected to give 50. Emoji's and like symbols etc. would be much better I think. Yes, we are in this together and need to be supportive and positive. Good article.
