I totally agree with everything you said, Karen.

And the sooner we recognize people judge us by the choices we make, by the behaviours we do, maybe we can get back some of the civility we’ve lost over the years. Perhaps we could go back to a time when strangers said hello to each other, thanked someone for holding a door, gave up their seat on public transit, and gave disabled people the courtesy of dignity.
