I understand your concerns, Barry. Australia must seem a very distant land. My kids are scattered right across the country, the farthest from us is our youngest son and three grandchildren in Darwin, a four hour flight away or 3,400 kilometres. We try to see them once every two years at least. They aren’t in another country though.

I hope Florence enjoys her time in Australia, but not too much that she doesn’t return home to you after the year.
