I would love to share a coffee with my father, who has been gone or about 20 years.

My father lives in Syria, and sometimes, every six to nine months, he used to come to Turkey to meet with the family. On rare occasions, we would meet early in the morning in a coffee shop and hopefully enjoy a cup of coffee after my father negotiated the price with the seller and dissected the cost of the coffee. “It isn’t worth it, son!” Well, today, I want to tell him it was worth every cent and second, Dad!
