your profile drew me in.
We had so much in common,
it’s like we could be kin.

You live many miles away,
in a place I’ve never been.
Experiencing many things
that I can only dream.

Is love possible online,
With someone you’ve not seen?
The Internet makes the world small,
to realise our dreams.

Or maybe you’re a catfish,
A scammer feeding lies,
trying to entice me,
as others may have tried.

You only send me photos,
but won’t appear on cam.
So I cannot trust you,
I think you are a man.
