Linda, as a cheese lover, I found the history and story behind the various cheeses quote interesting. I didn’t realise that Italy was only 4th in the volume of cheese produced and America was number one. Though it makes sense if it is primarily for fast food production in McDonalds and such. That isn’t what I class as real cheese.
