Martin, I hope it felt good getting this off your chest. I enjoyed your poem and commentary. I have had a similar situation in the past with someone, and found that I wrote some of my best work airing my grievances towards him. I did publish some of it for him to read, but other pieces I just needed to keep to myself, and on file in case I need them in future.
I can agree with many things on your list of hates, and I hope your adversary reads this poem.
