Nour, this is a difficult question to answer. You offered a number of different scenarios but I think self-love is hard to define. It an be shown in things like taking pride in your appearance, keeping fit, eating healthy food, doing things you enjoy. You can do that in different levels depending on your situation, and if you live alone, or have family responsibilities such as a new born baby or other children to care for. You still need to find time for yourself, even if you have others you care for.
You can still love and devote yourself to others and your job etc. but find time to love yourself as well. If you can’t … “Houston, we have a problem.”
Some people are born with disabilities, into poverty, or find themselves in abusive families or relationships which may make self-love very difficult, but there are stories out there of people who overcame these obstacles to become successful and love themselves. Use them as inspiration.
