Oh, I can so relate. I have so many in my wardrobe that are the “right” size, but they have either shrunk or they are a small make. Now, if I buy any new ones they have to be in stretch denim. For the ones that for some reason won’t do up without the use of a fence strainer…there are little waist extenders you can buy with a button or stud and two button holes that slip on to your jeans and provide that extra half inch or so that you need.
