Orrin, I greatly enjoyed this. I have never been an overly adventurous type, but yes the world does seem to be getting smaller, but we can embrace the changes and enjoy them never the less. That story about the doctor advising carers to approach the dementia patient from the bottom of her bed was an appropriate one. Thanks for sharing.
