Ouch, I know the feeling. After having one car stolen and written off this year we had to rely on my old back up car for transport. Well after having a puncture I took it to the mechanic who informed me that all four tyres were shot and needed replacing….$750 later it now has tyres worth more than the entire vehicle. Immediately after that the engine malfunction light remained on and difficult to start. Had that checked and now had to book it in for repairs, and who knows how much that will be.
