Ruby, first thank you for responding and for all the Google research. It was helpful in some instances but not all. Loved your answers, but I need to respond to a few so this will be a long reply.

6. Hot chips are like French fries but usually cut thicker.
7. Bundaberg Rum is a dark rum, actually I prefer Bacardi but it’s not Aussie.
9. Over the top….I was just playing on words and chose the opposite to down under, so I guess it just means “anywhere else”…didn’t know about the arm wresting, so that’s something new I learned.
15. Beetroot is the same as what you call “beets” I think. It is pickled and sliced to put on burgers. You wouldn’t like it if you don’t like pickles.
16. A gum tree is a eucalyptus tree. Koalas only eat gum leaves that come from them. Gumtree is an online auction site like eBay.
19. Delta Goodrem is a very popular singer and actress here in Australia.
That’s about it…now you know it all. Thanks again for taking part.
Oh and yeah Bindi is great.
