I have had my work rejected at two publications, for which I will not write again. The funny thing is that an editor from one originally came begging for me to write for them.

The other’s rules and regulations were just too stringent for me to abide by. It was not fun to write there.

I have no formal qualifications as a writer, but I personally think that matters not. Passion is more appealing than perfection - to me anyway.

Keep writing the way you do, and be proud of it.
