Thank you for sharing this, Linda. I rarely have cause to eat “wild” meat, but occasionally am given some venison by friends who have deer, or kangaroo “for a change” from the supermarket. I am sure that marinade would be excellent, though I don’t mind the gamey flavour, and love liver.
