Thank you for sharing your experience and lesson learned about "stage fright." I dread public speaking and get so nervous beforehand even if I am well prepared. I surprised myself at my son's recent wedding. I had to give a speach and recite a poem I had written about the bride and groom. everyone laughed along and applauded and I was told by a number of people they enjoyed my speech the most of all at the wedding. This was both a relief and a surprise to me.
