Thanks for sharing this, Adrian. It shows you have a good set of ethics. My conscience always holds me to account so if I accidentally take something that I haven’t paid for I tend to feel guilty … saying that, it rarely happens.
When I had small children they would sometimes reach out for things in the Supermarket and I wouldn’t notice what they had until I was outside the store. Invariably I would return the item and apologise or pay for it.
