This advice is spot on, Leonard. I wish I had written it myself because it is exactly how I feel. If I read something that I think is well-written but I don't agree with I will politely offer my point of view but respect the writer's opinion.

If I read something that I think is total rubbish, I will still respect the writer by not commenting at all. I will never leave a negative or derogatory comment. we should try to encourage wherever possible.
