This change should make life much easier for Boost Nominators and curators.

ct…res (tech-related stuff) that I have no clue about go, due to a software change (product whatever), boost nominators can now check which story has been already reviewed by the curation team without actually nominating the story.

It looks like a very exclusive club of the type of writer and article that will now be considered for boosting, however.
