This is a wonderful article, Nour. I can also relate, If I have succeeded at anything it is self-sabotage. I have often had opportunities to do things that would obviously have bettered my situation but often did not take advantage because I don't like change or didn't want to move, preferring to bide my time and get ahead at a slower pace where I currently was.
The few times I did take the risk, I was grateful in the end, but I still feel that given a choice, I tend to make the wrong one. I have become more persistent in recent years and I tend to stick with something until I make a success of it. I do think it is a common trait of mankind to always be fighting an inner-conflict with themselves. Thank you for these wise words.
