This is a wonderful but such a sad article about an insipid disease, Alzheimer’s. I dread that my wife or I, or any friends or loved ones will suffer its effects. My wife has cared for dementia patients and has advise me that if she is ever diagnosed with it, I am to put her in a care facility. She has seen how some patients can change and treat their family members with contempt, and never wants me to grow to hate her. It is so sad.
