Our Toys team learned about the chaos among the Cookies team through the company’s Facebook page, where many of the demotivated cookie sellers expressed their frustration and disappointment in thousands of comments. This continued for almost two months. Many Cookies team members quit, while others remained, but with bitterness in their hearts because they felt trapped with no alternative. After all, they had given everything to the company.
