Unfortunately, I can relate to this, Tom. My local Supermarket car park isn’t that big so it doesn’t take me long, but large multi level car parks in the city are a different story. I can generally remember what level I parked on and if there are row numbers will write it down, otherwise I have no hope.

I also often have to drive to a new location three or four times (myself) not being driven by someone else, to remember the way.
