Well, I hope you never buy from that place again. What happened to the saying “the customer is always right?” That is what we were taught when I worked in customer service. We had to do everything to try to keep the customer happy, even if they were rude. Now businesses don’t seem to care if the lose customers.
I once bought a cold quiche from a bakery, took it home and heated it in the microwave and there was a terrible smell. Took it out, and cut it and maggots poured out! Took it back and told the bakery…they didn’t even want to look at it, but apologised profusely and refunded my money. Of course I never bought a quiche from there again.
