Well, Mel, a big congratulations on achieving the coveted “500 Followers!” That is a great milestone. I remember it took me a lot longer to get the first 500 than the second, so you will be on your way to 1000 before you know it.

You reached 500 sooner than I did. Actually it took me longer to get my first 100 so I could join the partner program and make money. That seemed to take forever. Thankfully that requirement has changed.

The car racing analogy was perfect of course. It sometimes feels we are just going around and around the track and not getting anywhere, then suddenly someone is waving a checkered flag and gives us a boost.
