What a great article, Pamela. My wife was diagnosed with fibromyalgia which apparently was caused by glandular fever years ago. She also has sleep apnea, pain in various parts of her body, lethargy, and gets an itchy rash often which is hard to pinpoint a cause. You covered it all.
