You bring back some memories both good and bad, Pamela. Both my parents smoked cork tip cigarettes, but fortunately I never took it up. Neither did any of my siblings.
We never wore bike helmets as kids, and often rode in the back of a ute/pick up.
I remember candy cigarettes were still available just a few years ago but the name had been changed from “Fags” to “Fads” but that may have only been in Australia, not sure.
