You make good points, Adrian. Before I joined Medium I used to spend more of my spare time reading novels etc. but now my reading is devoted to stories, poems, and articles of others I follow here. That takes up a lot of time but is necessary if I want people to, in turn, read my writing. I still get to write on average one piece per day.
